A judge approves DOJ’s request to dismiss the firearms case against the alleged MS-13 commander and Salvadoran.

The Justice Department’s petition to have its unlawful firearm prosecution against a Salvadoran national residing in Virginia who is suspected of being an MS-13 commander.

Dismissed has been granted by a court in Virginia. Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel described Henrry Josue Villatoro Santos as the top MS-13 commander on the East Coast.

When they announced his arrest on March 27 in Woodbridge, Virginia, just south of Washington, D.C. At the time of his detention, Villatoro Santos was accused of possessing.
