A man charged with murder is accused of intentionally “giving AIDS to wife who died two days after diagnosis.”

After having sex with his wife while knowing he had HIV, a man from Georgia has been charged with her death.

Cleveland Broadie is accused of not telling any of his subsequent sexual partners about his condition, even though he was aware of it since 2006.

He has now been charged with murder. Just two days after receiving her formal diagnosis, his wife Denise Broadie passed away in April 2022.

Denise has already fought cancer twice, with the illness falling into remission in 2017 and 2019. However, physicians were unable to determine the reason of her poor health.

Following extensive testing, it was determined that the mother had severe AIDS, and she passed very soon after. Cleveland, who wed Denise in 2014, is accused of omitting any information about his HIV status.
