A mother from Kentucky is shocked when 70,000 lollipops arrive at her house.

“As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted Amazon,” she added. At first, they promised to reimburse me if I refused the delivery. They won’t take them back because the driver didn’t ring the doorbell or knock.

In an attempt to turn the sugary setback into a small profit, or at least recover some of the money, she chose to market each sealed box for $130.

Nevertheless, despite the first headache, her concern gradually subsided when she was able to obtain a refund from Amazon.

“Amazon called and they are returning my money after a long day of interacting with the bank and speaking with several news outlets!” LaFavers posted a Facebook status.

“We appreciate everyone who offered to purchase a box to support us,” she continued. “I’ll be pleased to deliver the items you requested or give them to the charity of your choosing.”

Even better, LaFavers’ bank agreed to forgo all expenses related to the order, which was a pleasant surprise.
