Fortunately, the collision did not injure anyone.
Both Fackler and his children were unhurt in the collision. When an officer questions Fackler about why she refuses to take a sobriety test on the bodycam clip, she slurs her words and claims that it is her “God-given issue” to decline.
The officer responds to Fackler’s slurred digression by saying, “I don’t know what that means,” after her words have trailed off.
Then Fackler nearly instantly fails a sobriety test when she starts to do it, including trying to walk a straight line.
Although the bodycam film shows otherwise, Fackler initially objects when the officer tries to formally place her under arrest, claiming that he denied her the chance to take the test on camera.
Fackler also says he works for the New Jersey Department of Transportation on the bodycam footage.
