A mother from Texas is accused of killing a 17-month-old girl by dropping her from a third-story hotel balcony.

Detectives reportedly discovered three puncture wounds on Hannah’s body at the hospital, as stated in the complaint.

Following the posting of a description for Hannah’s mother, Channel was allegedly discovered by police, “crying” and pleading with the officer “for help.”

Channel pulled her in for interrogation while “making comments about her daughter and that she might have been sick,” according to the complaint.

According to the police, Channel requested a lawyer but did not provide her name.

According to the document, Channel’s sister, Mercedes Yonko, was interviewed at the station and allegedly informed investigators that she and her sister and niece were staying in room 217 at the Beachfront Palms Hotel.

Mercedes claimed to have left the hotel, Channel, and Hannah on Wednesday morning in order to speak with her fiancé at The Victorian, according to the police report.
