The second video, according to the document, showed Hannah “falling from what appear[ed] to be the third floor and landing in the grass and rolling onto the concrete sidewalk where the baby was found.”
While Hannah reportedly had three puncture wounds on her back, police noted that neither her clothing nor the blankets the infant was wrapped in had them.
Police suspect Channel “intentionally and knowingly” killed her daughter by “intentionally dropping” her off the balcony, according to the complaint.

Channel is being held at the Galveston County Jail without being granted bail.
