The shop is being sued by the family of a 78-year-old mother who passed very soon after eating a single cookie from the store.
After a violent incident with police at a Casey’s General Store in Lawrence, Kansas, a guy was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
Officers responded to a complaint regarding a naked man who had locked himself in the store’s restroom with a dog and was refusing to leave, according to the Lawrence Kansas Police Department (LKPD).
When store staff reported that the person was in the restroom and not cooperating, officers arrived on the scene at around 3:00 p.m.
When police entered the restroom, they discovered the man naked and reportedly having sex with himself.
According to the department’s Facebook announcement, the man turned hostile as officers tried to apprehend him.
The individual allegedly resisted arrest after being told to stop, and cops used a Taser twice to try to subdue him.
