In order to make things simpler for his old father, her neighbor requested her to take down some decorations.
In a TikTok video, Salena described how her neighbor came to her to make the request. The neighbor says,
“Hey, I know you’re celebrating Halloween,” on the video. My father just received a lung cancer diagnosis.
The decorations, in his opinion, are a little frightening. “Would you mind taking just the casket out?” he says, pointing to the sight in the cemetery.
Salena immediately sympathized. She saw the significance of removing the coffin since her neighbor’s father often uses his garage, which faces her yard.
She told Insider, “I didn’t want to be a reminder of what could happen if he doesn’t beat cancer.” “I didn’t want to make someone else’s life more stressful.”
