After falling six meters from an aerobridge at Sydney Airport, a Qantas employee was taken to the hospital in severe condition.
At around 1pm on Saturday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the airport after receiving reports that a woman in her 40s had fallen onto the tarmac.
She was sent to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in an induced coma after receiving significant head and internal injuries from paramedics.
Witnesses recounted chaotic scenes as paramedics attempted to stabilize the woman on the tarmac while airport personnel hurried to secure the situation.
