According to ABC 7, a neighbor of the Van Nuys apartment complex claimed to have heard the child’s eerie moans and cries on Friday night.
At approximately 5:40 p.m., Los Angeles police and paramedics arrived at the residence located in the 6800 block of Sepulveda Boulevard.
Police arrested Rebecca’s mother on suspicion of murder after Rebecca was declared dead at the scene.
