Nkunrunziza also requested permission to relocate to Biddeford, which is 50 miles south of Lewiston.
The teen was allowed to relocate by Judge Michaela Murphy, but she insisted that he must still communicate with a supervisor from a separate organization.
The court was persuaded by Nkurunziza’s legal team to allow their client to go to work and school unaccompanied.
However, because the juvenile has consistently neglected to appear at his court-mandated supervision, prosecutors filed a motion to have his bond revoked.
Nkurunziza continued to voice his displeasure with his circumstances despite receiving numerous special favors from the courts.
Regretfully, the judges gave in and granted the youngster privileges that are normally denied to defendants accused of such terrible offenses.
Giusti’s bereaved relatives will never be able to reunite with their loved one. But each time the courts allow Nkurunziza’s exceptional requests, it only makes matters worse.
