Allison confessed to the crime and told a detective where to find the knife he used to stab Ramirez, and police arrested him that same day after interviewing him at his residence.
Requests for comment were not answered by Allison’s attorney or the Bell County Attorney’s Office, which handled the case’s prosecution.
