Following an inquiry, the police said that it was improbable that any outside party was involved in her killing. The coroner also received a file.
“Officers previously attended the address in October 2017,” a police official said. At that time, a report was finished, shared with adult social care, and no offenses were found.”
A representative for Surrey County Council said that “every aspect” of the case needed to be examined, calling it a “truly tragic” and complicated one.
