She was charged with shooting and hurting a woman’s foot. She was accused with first-degree armed burglary a year prior, when she allegedly broke into a house with the intention of stealing something.
Flannigan was freed on bail with every new charge. After Flannigan’s ludicrous social media remarks, Ballard’s family believed the judge would cancel her bond.
