In addition to being unable to accept accountability for her deeds, Flannigan has shown that she has no regrets for the killing of an innocent woman.
She even views herself as the victim, and she has blatantly shown nothing but disdain for Ballard and her family.
Flannigan has consistently shown himself to be a threat to the community. It is hoped that Ballard’s family will eventually find some closure and obtain justice through the legal system.
