Hider and another woman, Krystal Pinkins, have been charged with one crime of murder, two charges of kidnapping, and two counts of robbery, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
They claim that around 11.30 a.m. on Sunday, August 14, they were summoned to a crime scene where a 22-year-old man had been shot in the back.
According to the sheriff’s report, Pinkins fled the gunshot scene on foot and was subsequently located by dogs at a sizable cluster of tents that authorities are calling a “base camp.”
Additionally, a five-year-old camp kid who was seen with a shotgun and was thought to be Pinkins’ son was arrested.
