A young lady in court after sending footage of her farting to her boyfriend’s ex

Evans—who reportedly had a challenging background and mental health issues—left court with a twelve-month community term. The courts ordered a two-year restraining.

Order, 60 days of alcohol abstinence monitoring, and 15 rehabilitation sessions. Evans is required to pay £199 in expenses and £100 in compensation. She can’t speak to the victim.

According to a probation officer, she and her boyfriend’s ex-partner had “bad blood” after two years of dating. Since she didn’t believe that distributing the films was illegal,

The defendant asked why she hadn’t been “blocked.” Evans called the prosecution against her “petty” in an interview with The Sun, saying:

“I never imagined that farting would get me into trouble. The statement seems a little over the top and theatrical to me. “I sent the messages on WhatsApp,”

She continued. To be honest, I wouldn’t have expected to be here for anything like this, but I do regret it. It’s petty. My lesson has been learnt.
