Speaking to Femail, Sarah recalled how, to the outside world, her father was “so charming,” but behind closed doors, he was cruel.
“Dad was charming, a big character, larger than life, and well-known locally as a builder. But at home, he was a monster, with a dark, evil look in his eyes.”
Her first memory of the mistreatment was at the age of three and a half, when she was taken from her bed and hurt.
