Trump attacked “The Failing New York Times” in a long post on Truth Social on Saturday, April 26.
Claiming that the newspaper would criticize whatever agreement he arranged between Russia and Ukraine, “even if it’s the greatest deal ever made.”
Adding, “This is Sleepy Joe Biden’s War, not mine,” Trump said. “It should never have happened and wouldn’t have happened if I had been president at the time.
It was a loser from the start. I’m simply attempting to tidy up the mess that Obama and Biden left me, and it’s a terrible disaster.”
But then, in a stunning turn of events, Trump openly questioned Putin about his intentions in relation to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, citing Russia’s fatal strike on Kyiv earlier this week.
