Sydney-based landscaper Shianne Foxx has spoken out against job discrimination and demanded equal treatment when it comes to working topless on hot days.
After being advised by her supervisor that working topless would be a “distraction,” the tradeswoman vented her fury on social media.
She drew attention to how unjust it is for men tradies to be allowed to work without shirts when female employees like her are not.
Foxx opened herself to her admirers in an unguarded TikTok video. “All the boys on the site don’t have to wear their shirts, but I do, and it’s a f***ing 40-degree day today,” she said.
