As per the Department of Justice, Sangha is currently facing a multitude of offenses, including conspiracy to distribute ketamine,
maintaining a drug-involved premises, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute ketamine, and five counts of distribution of ketamine.
Plasencia is accused of one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine. They will both be arraigned at a later date on August 15.
Matthew Shields of the Los Angeles Police Department accused the defendants of “knowingly and willingly” administering ketamine to Perry, despite their awareness of his substance addiction issues.

According to an autopsy conducted in December, Perry was undergoing ketamine infusion therapy at the time of his demise.
The autopsy report acquired by PEOPLE disclosed that his death was caused by acute ketamine effects and was classified as “accidental.”
Authorities initiated an inquiry into the circumstances of his death in May, despite the fact that the initial investigation had been concluded, LAPD informed PEOPLE at the time.
