Neal McDonough asserts that his refusal to participate in explicit sequences led to his dismissal from a role.

The actor allegedly lost his job at ABC’s Scoundrels in 2010 due to his refusal to participate in s** scenes with his co-star.

It was shocking to hear that the network had decided to dismiss McDonough, given his stance on doing sexually explicit sequences is well known, according to the New York Daily News.

After that, no one would hire me because they assumed I was a religious extremist, the celebrity told Closer Weekly. I firmly believe in God.

Being a very religious Catholic who puts “God and family first,” McDonough strongly disapproves of any kissing or sexually suggestive scenes in his works.
