Actor William Levy, who is Cuban-American, is experiencing the heat in Miami, but it’s not the weather that’s bothering him. He was detained on Monday night for trespassing and disorderly intoxication in a public place.
Levy was arrested and taken to the Broward County jail. He showed up in court Tuesday afternoon, according to WPLG-TV, and a judge gave him a $500 bond.
Levy was taken into custody in the Miami metropolitan area’s Weston.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office reports that at approximately 10:10 p.m. on Monday, deputies were called to the scene of a disturbance at Baires Grill.
According to the officer who made the arrest, Levy was “highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance inside the restaurant.”
