According to an arrest report released by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Sage Curry was taken into custody and charged with two charges of first-degree murder and burglary.
He was taken to the Pinellas County Jail and detained there. According to WFLA, police think the killings were random and that Sage Curry and his victims had no known connection.
Although Curry has never been convicted of a crime as an adult, officials think he has a mental disorder. The purported double murder shocked many.

A local who claimed to have worked with Curry at a nearby car wash, said, “I’m just shocked right now.” Curry was a calm, kind young guy who kept to himself, according to Martin.
