After 23 years, a man has released fresh 9/11 film that shows a viewpoint of the Twin Towers fall that no one has seen before.

Symbolic of the era marked by the War on Terror and the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq were images of the Twin Towers, with smoke billowing from them before to their fall.

Claimedly fresh film, nevertheless, has now surfaced online, over two decades after the event.
On July 23, Kei Sugimoto uploaded the film on YouTube.

These photographs provide a fresh take on those tragic moments by showing the smoke-belching skyscrapers from a different viewpoint than the most famous ones, which are the south and east.

Some 23 years after the original occurrence, Sugimoto finally posted the tape, and he explained why. The digitization of the video material was the deciding factor.
