After a Texas woman is eaten alive, officials say no charges will be brought.

Officials say no charges will be filed after a Texas lady is devoured alive. To serve court documents in the city of Manor, Erin McCleskey, a 36-year-old Austin resident and a Certified Process Server.

Which KVUE claims she has visited twice before. Terry claims that Erin made a crucial mistake at this point, which ultimately led to the young woman’s death.

When Erin allegedly trespassed on the Swansons’ property to serve civil papers, they had been out of town for a month.

Six of the Swansons’ dogs viciously assaulted Erin since no one was home. According to an autopsy, Erin’s arm had a main artery cut by the dogs.
