Andres, who observed the shooting, captured a video and characterized it as the most violent incident of police violence he has ever seen.
“At no point did they inquire, ‘What is the situation, how can we help?'” “Andres said.”
“They approached with their weapons drawn, set off a reaction from a mentally challenged individual, and when he did, they shot him.”
The cops did not assist in de-escalating a situation, Andres continued. Rather, they “seemed to resemble a firing squad or death squad.”
According to the Daily Mail, Andres told East Idaho News, “You can see that the kid, after he was shot, wounded and down on the ground in pain, suffering from the shots, they continued to shoot at him.”
It appeared dubious. My kid did the right decision in calling 911 in order to assist his neighbor in this situation because there is a knife and things are in danger.
