The 42-year-old disclosed that she had approximately 40 hours of work done when she posted an Instagram video documenting the blackout process, which showed solid black ink covering her ribs and back.
She recently revealed her intention to hide her famous tattoos in an interview with Inked Magazine and showcased the final outcome in a stunning photograph.
“I think I had been fed up with a lot of the tattoos I got over the years for a long time,” said Kat.
Instagram user Kat Von D (@thekatvond) has been collaborating with tattoo artist Hoode Philly to cover over a number of her well-known ink jobs.
