After being assaulted by—you guessed it—a kangaroo, an Australian cattle farmer has shown his severe wounds. The gruesome event took place on his property in Bungawalbin,
New South Wales, in 2018. Adrian Stock, 60, claims that his dogs—a Tenterfield Terrier, Rhodesian Ridgeback, and Bull Arab—were the ones that first agitated the 14-stone marsupial.
Recent images of Stock’s wounded head and physical injuries from the brutal incident were posted in a gallery on his wildlife tour Facebook page.
“At the time, I had three dogs and had lived on the farm for thirty-five years. They suddenly started running up the pasture after this big renegade kangaroo,” the farmer remembered.
Stock started yelling and flailing his arms in the air to get the kangaroo’s attention when he finally caught up with his pups, who had surrounded it in shallow water.
