Whoopi Goldberg, the longstanding presenter of The View, recently spoke candidly about her financial difficulties and how hard it is for her to think of retiring.

Known for her biting wit and outspoken manner, the 69-year-old actress, comedian, and television personality said.

That even though she has worked in Hollywood for decades, She is unable to leave The View because of her financial difficulties.

Even while Goldberg has had a lot of success over the years—from her well-known starring parts in movies like Ghost and The Color Purple to her work as a presenter and producer,

She acknowledged that because of her continuing financial commitments, retirement is not now a feasible choice.
