To provide ‘context’ for what officers ‘were responding to’, Chief Schei then played the 911 call that was made to authorities regarding the incident.
The 911 call records a voice saying that three people were seen “out back” with one of them “brandishing a knife”; the one brandishing the knife appeared to be “under the influence.”
According to the voice, their father is filming everything they see while they stay on the phone with the authorities, recounting what they purportedly witness, including someone “rolling around on the ground.”
