In an attempt to “constrain” Musk’s implementation of the deal, Twitter launched a claim against him on Tuesday. According to court documents obtained by Individuals,
Twitter assured that Musk had engaged in “dishonesty” after the recent agreement to buy the online entertainment platform. As stated in the objection filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery,
“Elon Musk entered into a limiting consolidation concurrence with Twitter in April 2022, promising to utilise his earnest attempts to finish the arrangement.”
“At this time, less than ninety days after the fact, Musk will not honour his promises to Twitter and its investors on the grounds that the agreement he signed no longer benefits him personally,” it said.
The organisation promised that Musk clearly believes that he, unlike every other party subject to Delaware contract regulation, is free to change his mind, junk the company, disrupt its operations,
