In a complaint against Lyft, a lady claims that a driver turned her down because she “couldn’t fit in the car.”
In the wake of an incident in Detroit, Michigan, rapper Dank Demoss—real name Dajua Blanding—is suing the ride-sharing firm.
She posted a video of the interaction on social media, and it soon gained popularity and sparked discussion among viewers.
The driver of a Mercedes-Benz sedan is heard on the video questioning if Blanding would fit in the rear seat of his car.
He states, “I got no space at all, my car is small.” In response, Blanding tells him, I can fit in this car.” But the driver is adamant, telling her, “No, believe me, you can’t, so… I’m sorry.
