Following Elon Musk’s assertion that his trans daughter was “killed” by the “woke mind virus,” Grimes has rallied around her.
The 53-year-old CEO of Tesla reportedly made these contentious comments about his daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson earlier this week in an interview with conservative broadcaster and psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson.
In the interview, Musk referred to gender-affirming medical treatments as “child mutilation and sterilization.”
He had previously misgendered and deadnamed his transgender daughter, who was 20 years old. In his account, he felt “tricked” into giving his approval for Vivian’s operations during the epidemic.
In an interview with the Daily Wire, Musk said that he was “essentially tricked” into signing paperwork for one of his children.
