After failing to support BLUE WAVE, Iron Man Robert Downey Jr. abandons his new Marvel film project (AVENGERS: Doomsday) in order to depart the United States: “Goodbye, I’m leaving.”

The departure of Downey Jr. from AVENGERS: Marvel Studios is frantically trying to adapt to Doomsday.

According to reports, the movie, which was supposed to start production in early 2025, is undergoing extensive rewriting to accommodate Tony Stark’s absence.

To fill the vacuum left by Downey Jr., industry sources speculate that Marvel may change course and concentrate on other heritage characters or launch a new multiverse plot.

Although Marvel Studios has not yet issued an official announcement, fans are already making assumptions about possible story changes or replacements.

“This is a major setback for the MCU,” one entertainment observer said. “Downey Jr. is indispensable, and his absence will surely affect the film’s potential at the box office.”

Although Downey Jr. has not made his precise intentions public, there are whispers that he could be moving to Europe.
