37-year-old Josy Peukert described how she and her 42-year-old partner, Benni Cornelius, drove to the beach on Playa Majagual, Nicaragua, so she could give birth.
After refusing scans during her pregnancy, she gave birth to her child in a so-called “free birth” without medical aid.
