Kay went exploring in the attic in search of Heidi’s old pictures. Then she discovered something intriguing in her collection of Heidi pictures: a picture of Heidi and Ed from 20 years ago!
Heidi, who had long since forgotten about her childhood romance, was shown them by Kay. Little six-year-old Ed was with her; despite his hideous, out-of-date bowl hairdo, his face remained very familiar.
Heidi stated, “It was just unbelievable; I was screaming.” The idea that we might have married and had a family together and never learned about this is absurd.
When Kay revealed what she had learned to Fiona, the mother of the groom exclaimed, “Oh my goodness, that’s Ed!”
