After her boyfriend’s child writes a desperate three-word message on a Post-it note, the woman is arrested.

After allegedly abusing her boyfriend’s children by suffocating them with pillows, a woman was taken into custody and accused.

Miami, Florida resident Katrina Carrillo is charged with hitting and pinning a nine-year-old child on the ground before trying to suffocate him with a pillow and blanket.

The quick-witted student penned a desperate plea on a pink Post-it note that was found in March and then turned over to the Florida Department of Children and Families, which led to the 25-year-old’s arrest.

After the agency informed the police, she was detained just before 4.30 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 23, at the Miami Police Department’s downtown headquarters, even though she denied all allegations.

That evening, she was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, which is close to Miami International Airport, after being charged with child abuse and having a $5,000 bond imposed on her.
