According to the prosecution, April Cano “allowed him to hold and sometimes shoot various firearms” that she had when they first met Ortega-Lopez.
The Journal said that Ortega-Lopez was seen carrying several of April Cano’s weaponry in a few of the social media images. According to reports, the images and videos show his TDA tattoos.
According to Breitbart, which said it seen the graphic photos, Ortega-Lopez’s mobile phone also has pictures of maimed and beheaded people.
A federal accusation of unauthorized immigrant in possession of a pistol and ammunition has been brought against Ortega-Lopez since his detention on February 28. U.S.
Magistrate Judge Damian Martinez first decided to release him at a detention hearing on March 14, allegedly claiming that he did not think Judge Cano “would just let anybody live in his property.”
His discharge was appealed right away by the prosecution, who referenced Judge Martinez’s quote in their request.
