Rory Feek’s daughter, Indiana, had a key role in her father’s decision to remarry. The 59-year-old country music artist and composer just announced

that he wed his teaching partner Rebecca on Sunday, July 14, eight years after his singing partner and wife Joey Feek passed away.

The couple exchanged vows “under a beautiful timber-frame pavilion” in Greycliff, Montana, according to Feek’s blog entry.

His 10-year-old daughter and Joey’s were among the many friends and family members that showed up to the event.

Even more unexpected was his song “I do,” which he had composed for the bride. In it, he expressed his deep gratitude for her love and the good fortune that had brought him her.
