Many, including her husband, have been perplexed by the fact that the company isn’t associated with the actress by her regular name, Lively.
Reynolds exclaimed, “I’m obscenely proud of this woman,” in an Instagram Story post praising Lively’s latest endeavor.
For the last seven years, she has been involved with @blakebrownbeauty. What you would expect from a perfectionist who is obsessed about every little detail is just what you get.
Reynolds pointed to her brand name and then said, “Also, I’ve just found out that her last name is Brown.”
After marrying in 1979, Lively’s parents, Ernie and Elaine Lively, changed Ernie’s last name from Brown to Elaine’s. Tragically, Ernie died of heart problems in 2021 when he was 74 years old.
She went on to tell her 45 million Instagram followers what Lively’s “real name” is, in response to Reynolds’ comments about how she just recently found out.
