Since her limbs failed but her brain remained completely intact, Lynn Hunt said that she did not want to have her head attached to a chair.
Have her voice recorded and “sound like Stephen Hawking,” or be fed via a tube. On March 15 of this year, Mrs. Hunt, 77, and her diabetic husband, Ian Hunt, 81, were discovered dead in the bedroom of their Carnkie, Cornwall, house.
Although a post-mortem could not determine the cause of their deaths, a coroner determined that they died from an insulin overdose.
The pair said that a close friend would take care of their beloved dog and left a farewell message on their kitchen table, along with their wills and burial arrangements.
In January of this year, Mrs. Hunt received a diagnosis of motor neurone disease and was given a two to five year prognosis.
