After losing a High Court case over police protection, Meghan Markle may not be able to attend Prince Harry’s Invictus Games in Birmingham. The city, which just experienced its council’s bankruptcy, is hosting the event to celebrate winning a £26 million bid.

The issue of whether Harry’s father, King Charles III, Prince William, and other members of the Royal Family will attend a home soil tournament in three years’ time is a valid one.
