Officer’s Fatal Traffic Stop Ends in Tragedy with Ominous Radio Message
In the early hours of September 14, 2022, a seemingly ordinary traffic stop in rural Texas spiraled into a fatal encounter.
Leaving 29 year old construction worker Timothy Michael Randall dead from a gunshot wound and investigators with haunting audio from the officer involved.
Randall was making his way home just after midnight when he was pulled over by Sgt. Shane Iversen of the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 12:30 a.m.
He was still on a call with his mother, assuring her he’d be home soon, but hung up as the deputy approached his vehicle.
