Her bungee line broke in midair, sending her tumbling 360 feet into the rushing waves below, turning what should have been an exciting event into a horrific one.
When the cord broke way, Langworthy fell into the ocean, as shown in social media footage.
As the river dragged her downstream, Langworthy struggled to keep afloat against the strong current.
