His teenage girlfriend’s family approached his vehicle when he was dropping her off, and the resulting altercation resulted in the death of the girl’s 16-year-old sister and the severe condition of her unborn child.
This week’s event in Riverside, California, resulted in the death of a 16-year-old and the imprisonment of a 19-year-old. Isaac Blackhorse Garcia of Moreno Valley was taken.
Into custody on suspicion of murder, hit-and-run resulting in death, and illegal intercourse with a minor, according to the Riverside Police Department.
Authorities claim that shortly before midnight on Sunday, Garcia, 19, was dropping off a young girl at her family’s house. The girl’s relatives informed KTLA that she was just fifteen.
Police say Garcia “sped away,” hitting the girl’s pregnant sister with his automobile when “family members approached his vehicle when he dropped the sister off at home.”
“Upon arrival, officers discovered a pregnant female who had been struck by a vehicle that fled the scene,” police said.
