According to AL.com. Since nobody was wearing a seatbelt, they were all thrown out of the car when it crashed. Bradley Collins was placed on life support and passed away.
The next day, while Ryleigh Collins was declared dead at the scene. Bradley Collins’ wife, Wendy Bailey, was in serious condition at the hospital.
Officials from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office began looking for the youngster on December 9, 2024, after learning that Bradley Collins and Wendy Bailey had another child.

Bailey reportedly received a text from Bradley Collins saying that he “was going to kill Kahleb Collins” along with a picture of the youngster “hanging aloft with a rope with blood present on his body.”
