Kahleb Collins was purportedly seen on the ground in another photo with Bradley Collins’s comments that said, “He want move” and “I’m so sorry.”
“He just looks wore out and tired and hurt hopefully that’s all,” Bailey said in response to Bradley Collins’ subsequent message stating that the kid was moving his body.
The lawsuit states that Bailey “failed to intervene or notify law enforcement after she was made aware of the extreme circumstances and assault that had occurred to Kahleb Collins.”
According to further accusations, she allegedly put Kahleb Collins’ corpse in a bag outside a storage facility before transferring it for “final disposal at an unknown location.” His remains are still missing.
