Amazing doctors extracted a three-inch nail from a seven-year-old boy’s brain after he tripped on it during a terrible play mishap in India.

Amazingly, King George’s Medical University physicians were able to remove the nail without causing any harm to vital blood arteries by using sophisticated microsurgical methods and neuro-navigation technology.

The iron fragment that had pierced his flesh measured more than three inches, as shown in an intriguing post-operative photo.

Dr. Sandip Tiwari, the chief of the trauma surgery department where the little child was treated.

Described the incident’s exceptional nature as follows: “The investigation revealed that the nail had missed a major blood vessel by a fraction, which was nothing short of miraculous.”

“We made the decision to proceed with a very complex surgery after speaking with experts.” The seven-year-old was kept under constant medical supervision in critical care to recuperate after the surgery.

At age 71, Valerie Mahaffey passed away.
