“I can’t quite put words to describe what the scene looks like, but with the jet fuel going down the street, and everything on fire all at once,” said San Diego Police Chief Scott Wahl, recalling the horrific scene.
“It was pretty horrific to see.”
The police chief continued by saying that the fact that there were no casualties on the ground was a “bit of a miracle.”
The crash is still being looked into.
